Delivery

• Free shipping on every order in IT and ES.
• Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days via TNT or UPS Express.
• Order tracking sent via email and SMS once dispatched.

Geographic coverage

• Phase 1 (current): Italy, Spain.
• Phase 2 (Q3 2026): UK, Germany, Australia, Canada.
• Switzerland: not currently supported.

Customs and duties

All orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). No additional customs charges or import fees on delivery.
