By using rekovr.co or purchasing REKOVR products, you agree to the following terms.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law (primary) and Spanish law (secondary). Disputes are resolved in the courts of Milan, Italy.

Wellness-only positioning

REKOVR is a wellness and relaxation product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant or have any medical condition.

60-night trial conditions

The 60-night home trial applies to first-time purchases of REKOVR Pro. Full conditions in our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

REKOVR's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual property

The REKOVR name, logo, and product designs are trademarks and intellectual property of REKOVR. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
